Lecturers and scientific research staff of KTT provide a wide range of courses related to the department's specialty at the Faculty of Electronics. First contact with students is made already at the early years, with introductory courses in telecommunications and teleinformatics. The entire field of studies: 'Electronics, Telecommunications and Teleinformatics' offers the following courses: Introduction to Electronics and Telecommunications, Introduction to Teleinformatics, Analogue Technology, Introduction to Telecommunication Systems, Digital Modulation, Scrambling, Cryptography, Electromagnetic Compatibility, Computer Networks and Applied Computing.
KTT offers two diploma programs: Broadcast Radiocommunication (TTR) and Mobile Radiocommunication (TRU) and now also a TOTALLY NEW diploma program at the Electronics Faculty: Teleinformatics. This program was introduced for the first time in Poland, thanks to the initiative of KTT. Under the above programs, we offer the following courses: Radio Wave Propagation, Antennas, Radio links, Radiolocation and Radionavigation, Satellite Navigation, Satellite Telecommunications, VSAT, Radiocommunication System Planning, Spread Spectrum Radiocommunication Systems.
Specialized courses in the area of radio broadcasting systems: Radio Systems, Radio and TV Transmitters, Radio Receivers, TV Systems, TV Receivers, Cable TV, Digital Radio and Television Systems, Radio and TV Studios.
For mobile radiocommunications: Mobile Telecommunication Systems, Mobile Terminals, Radio and Television Systems, Integrated Telecommunication Systems, Multimedia Systems, and Data Transmission.
And for Teleinformatics, KTT has developed special courses: IT, Transmission Media, Wireless Networks, Cryptography, and Scrambling. KTT also has well equipped laboratories, which allow students to verify in practice their newly gained knowledge from lectures.
In order to promote creativity and independence in gaining knowledge and solving problems, the students also participate in seminars, projects and workshops. The final stage before obtaining a diploma, is the diploma thesis, carried out under the lead of one of the staff members.
KTT also offers possibility for further education, with the best students pursuing a doctorate degree under the lead of one of the KTT professors. The number of doctorate students varies, but each year it is usually at least 5.
